Also, after I re-installed the ice maker unit, I noticed there was some water dripping at the lower back of the freezer into a drip pan. It seemed to slow/ stop after a few minutes. Perhaps this detail will help diagnose my problem(s). Thanks in advance!

My ice maker is not making cubes. I am still getting water out of the door but the tray in the ice maker is not filling. The line does not appear frozen or blocked. I removed the filter in case that was plugged. I then removed the entire ice maker and let it thaw out for a few hours and re-installed, no luck. Now I have replaced the water fill valve and still am not getting any water flowing from the fill tube but have water from the door. When I push on the ice sensor flapper on the door, it remains red. Is this supposed to go off or flash? Should I focus on a possible bad sensor?

Thanks.
Doug
