Compactor on, pushed button to compact and piston will not return up. I can not open door, tried and successfully release "catch" on door, but cannot open trash compactor, cannot remove compactor because dr. won't open, cannot remove screws to top panel, therefore cannot remove screws that anchor compactor to cabinet??
