I now found a cord with three wires going to the dispensor...unplugged it...replugged it....now it won't work at all....

I have a GE monogram that is dispensing ice/water automatically. I stopped it by the lockout control. Did I lose the activating switch for dispensor? Any help would be appreciated! How do I get to it if this is the problem?
