My water dispenser on freezer will NOT work. The ice will dispense but not the water. It happened suddenly, getting water, went to fill another glass and no water came out. When you press the pad to get water, you can hear that noise you hear when it dispenses water but no water comes out. We are not sure what part(s) to purchase to fix this problem. The directions mention a saddle valve but we are unsure where that is located and if i can be replaced and how to know if that is even the problem.
The water is on to the freezer. The pipes/lines are not frozen.
We are at a loss and hope someone can help us with this problem.
Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly and truly appreciated.
