Machine filled with water but would not agitate properly. Everything sounded normal (motor seems to run normally) but the agitator was barely moving. When I put downward force on agitator with my hand, it agitated more, but still not aggressively as it should. I manually advanced the cycle to rinse. It rinsed and spun normally, but the clothes were too wet (I may have done something wrong in the way I advanced the cycle). So, I filled with water again and advanced to spin/rinse and it spun dry just fine.

Can someone please help me diagnose and fix this? I've read some existing posts on this, but would like to determine the best part for this repair. Any tips on installing the part will be appreciated. It seems like this one may be pretty easy. I'm hoping.
