Hello Lisa. You will need to test the thermal fuse and see if it is bad. It should read closed for continuity. If it is open, check the vent and see if it is cloged or kinked. You can test this with a multi-meter [AP3873826]. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps.
