Nothing comes up using the given model number, please check it.
Since you have cleaned the filters and hopefully checked/cleaned the pump you may have a low fill condition.
Most units fill to just under the heating element.
Fill is fairly easy to check.
Just add a quart or two of hot water after the fill cycle, just be careful to not overfill it.
If the upper spray arms now work that is probably your problem.
Often a pump will make a growling noise during wash if it is low on water as it is sucking in air.
The most common cause is a dirty screen filter on the input side of the fill calve. Remove the valve from the unit and clean/check the filter.
Do not permanently remove it from the valve as it is there to keep crud out of the valve which could hold it open and cause a flood.
If it still does not fill correctly I would replace the fill valve.
PS: Be sure to shut off the power and the water supply to the unit. Have paper towels etc. handy to wipe up any spilled water. Get a small pan/bowl etc. that will fit under the valve then loosen the input water line let it drip into the container emptying it as necessary. This will minimize the amount of water spilled.

My dishwasher has suddenly stopped washing properly and the problem seems to be that the upper spray arm isn't turning. I've taken it off and washed it and also cleaned all filters at the bottom. The problem could be the feed pipe at the back but there doesn't seem to be any way of checking it (tried poking a knitting needle in....). As the lower spray arm is working, I assume it's not the pump. Any ideas?
