In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the oven and full description of the problem.

Post it as a new thread, please.

Hi...

I read your description of the problem and my controls (same model oven) suddenly do not operate the oven. Some beep...some don't... but only a few actually work. Did you ever solve yours and if so...what was it? The control panel or the circuit board? Thanks for any help...

In order to do it you need just a simple meter.
The power between the hot and the ground should be 120V and between the hot and the neutral it should be 120V. It suppose to be close to 0 Ohms between the neutral and the ground. The ground wire from the power cord should be connected to the range frame.

If you got all of these readings right, then the range is grounded properly.

- The part number for the control panel AP4263578 and it is in stock.

Thank you so much for your kindly help.
I have already tried the first method, it did not solve my problem. I am not good at electrical stuff, could you please tell me how to check the proper grounding? Do I need a versatile meter or sth?
my ctrl panel is the stainless steel color, is it in stock now?
Thanks

The first thing I would do is reset the power to the range. Unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back. Sometimes it helps to eliminate the problem.

The next step check the range for the proper grounding.

If it would not help then the control panel has to be replaced.

Unfortunately the AppliancePartsPros.com does not ship parts outside of USA.
If you have any shipping address within USA they will be glad to help you with the part. In that case I need the color of the control panel.
