We were able to take just the spray arm and snap it into the old threaded attachment part (no idea what to call that part...it's the part that screws into the top of the washer). That does seem to work. Note that the spray arm seems very wobbly so not sure how it will hold up.

Any further advice would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered the upper spray arm replacement part for this dishwasher, but it does not fit. Upon calling your company I was told that the manufacturer has redesigned this part. That would be great since this is the second time I have had to replace this part. However, this new part will not fit. The threads of the new part will not catch or fit on to the dishwasher. What should we do now?
