I have a customer that had a similar problem and everything looked in place but I did find two pins that had fallen into cups below them. They looked like thick nails with holes toward the points where a cotter pin should be. There were holes in the base and the middle plate that the pins fit into exactly. I put them through and put copper wire through the hole to hold them in place. Now I'm just waiting to hear from the customer how it worked. The schematic does not show the pins.

I assumed you had a front loader as your model # doesn't work.
If a top loader, remove the outer panel and check the skateboard under the tub, probably got jarred out of place or the brown plastic slides are worn out.
Also check for a bad/missing spring.

The washer acts like it is out of balance during the spin cycle. The only shocks are in the rear where the machine legs are attached to a spring-loaded auto-level mechanism. The machine is level and I have replaced tension springs on the tub. The tub spins erratically whether the machine is loaded or unloaded. My home is new and the wash room floor is very sturdy. Could there another solution I may investigate?

You might have weak shocks, or just a weak floor. Try replacing the shocks, or just adjust the feet to ensure they all are making contact with the floor.
If this dosn't work, you might have to strengthen the floor with a 1 inch piece of plywood screwed down.

I have replace the suspension springs and checked the level, however the machine shakes and occasionally slides accross the floor during the spin cycle. The problem occurs whether the machine is loaded or empty. Any help on a diagnosis and how to repair is appreciated. Thanks!
