Remove the front toe panel and check for the mini-manual. Perform the troubleshooting for the motor and the speed control board. I would suspect the speed control but this is expensive part and better to test it first.

WASHER WILL NOT GO INTO FAST SPIN CYCLE. WILL START TO SPIN SLOW
STOP, THEN START AGAIN. BUT NEVER FAST. WILL ACT THIS WAY FOR ALL
CYCLES.:confused:
