Should be Item 434 in Section 3 as long as you are sure that is where it is leaking from.

Is it a difficult job to replace the shaft seal?
Depends what you mean by difficult and also on your mechanical aptitude so I really cannot say.
Get as much water out of the sump as you can before dis-assembly, a turkey baster comes in handy here.
Also be sure to add a couple quarts of water to the unit before running it for the first time after the repair. These pumps will burn up the seals if run when dry.

Also the door seal appears to have a minor leak. What what seal would I need to replace it?
Item 843 in Section 1.
Also check that the corner baffles are OK (Item 26 in Section 2).
Make sure the seal and tub frame is clean is clean.
Check that the bottom mat is laying flat and that a spray arm hole is not partially plugged. Sometimes this can cause the water to spray at a weird angle and cause a leak.

No, not if you take your time. It is a lot easier than replacing the motor seals.
