It does spin and agitates. I can complete a wash cycle under the condition mentioned

I have a GE Profile washer. During the spin cycle a rumbling like noise can be heard. This only happens during the spin cycle. Sometimes I can detect a slight burning smell. This could be coming from the motor and pully belt. Any suggestionS?
