My question is: do we need to order a new control panel and/or a micro computer? Thanks! Abby-grace, The F2 code, for your unit indicates you have a faulty touchpad assembly. Part number: AP4512484
For future referrence, Most touchpad failures on a over the range microwave ovens are due to usage, and heat, steam, etc. coming off the range cooktop, You may find that turning on the vent fan when cooking on the stove may help to extend the life of your keypad assembly. Good Luck, :) :) :)
