Check this part, located at the back of dryer, lower left side....AP3132867 ....This is your thermal fuse and will fail do to overheating...get your ducts clean.

Your symptoms indicate either a bad element or thermal cut out on your heater box. But before replacing either part your ventilation duct needs cleaning. use a meter to check continuity on both the heater and the the thermal on the heater box. If either one shows no continuity thats the culprit. have your vent cleaned and replace the open item and you will be good to go.

My dryer won't blow heat, but the motor is still running. :( Please help me with what the problem could be. Also, when it did blow heat, I had to run it 3 times before the clothes would dry.
