thank for the tip. I took them all out and looked them over and wasn't sure if they were fine or needed to be replaced. I'll give it a shot

You need to replace the agitator DAWGS in the agitator!!! Parts are cheap and its a 10min. job!!!!:) #5 in the parts book!!!

Hi,
The washer doesnt agitate with a full load. I took the washer apart and can't see anything obviously wrong. If there is a small load the lower part agitates just fine but with a full load the top agiatator doesn't move at all.
It seems as though something is stripped out but like I said nothing is obviously. Looking at this diagram what part powers the top agitator
