I have replaced my unit. Now I have another problem, which I hope will be easier for you to deal with.

My microwave does not cook. It seems to work normally, the control pad works correctly, and it makes no unusual noises. However, the food inside does not get warm at all. Is there anything I can do to find out what the problem might be?
