Did you check that you not only had 240 but also the two 120 legs.

The unit has a belt switch, so perhaps your belt is broken.

I don't think there is anything else involved if the fuse is open.

Remove the front bottom access panel. Check the thermal fuse (#59 on the diagram) for continuity. If it is open, replace it together with the cycling thermostat (#42). Make sure the dryer exhaust line is clean all the way through the outlet. Most of the time it needs a professional cleaning. - The thermal fuse Part number: AP3133489
