Ice maker stopped working. Arm position checked with no result. Changed water filter, no result. Can some one help with a troubleshooting procedure sequence to isolate problem?? Is there a way to get to the inlet valve from inside the freezer compartment? This is a built in unit. Kitchen Aid Model #
KSSS42FKXOO. Appreciate any help. Thanks. Steve

Since yesterday, made all voltage and continuity checks of the control module and they all checked out according to specs. I believe that this leaves the inlet valve or a mecanical problem as possibilities. Still would like to know if I can access the inlet water valve from inside the freezer compartment?? Any ideas on this situation???

Update 12/11--Rechecked measurements: Voltage to module, L & N, 120vac. Continuity check of motor, L &M 7,000 ohms. Continuity check of Mold heater, L&H, 65 ohms.
