The heating element of the lower oven cracked but stiull worked. I was afraid it might stop so I ordered a new element. We unplugged the old one and inserted the new one. It doesn't work. We tried replacing the old one and that doean't work. There is power to the wires that connect to the element and the thermostat works. It turns on the broiler element and shows the tempurature going up. The upper over works fine. The only problems seems to be the lower element doesn't heat up.
