We got the door to unlock, but the cooling fan keeps running. All the touchpad controls work except bake and broil.

The oven control light has only worked sporadically for about 6 months, but the oven still functioned fine.
I did a cleaning cycle yesterday and the cooling fan is still running, even though the oven is cold and the door won't unlock. I tried flipping the breaker and have left it without power for several hours, but to no avail.
Please help....is it the sensor?
