Thanks, Ray Ray, No, it's not that difficult, it's just frustrating, because it's located in the top left corner of the refrigerator and hard to get at, comfortably. The coil cleaning brush, comes in handy for other things as well, I use mine to clean up the wheels on my car and motorcycle, works pretty good. Good Luck, :) :) :)

This has a microcomputer controller. I have the freezer temp set at 0 and it measures 0 degrees. But the refrigerator, set at 38, is almost 60 degrees.
The back wall of the freezer has no frost and the air passages between the two sides are not blocked.
Based on other threads, I assume I need a diffuser. True? Also, I want to get it working asap - should I replace any other components just to be sure?
