In needing to replace a new heating element I removed the lower wash arm. Knowing just enough to be dangerous (and costing myself more money then I save sometimes :-), I ended up stripping out the threading of the lower wash arm and had to get a new one.

What are the tricks to reinstalling it? I now realize what I did wrong in trying to take it off. But I'm obviously not understanding fully how it attaches.
