You have a bad dispenser pc board in back of the fountain assembly. Just pull out bottom grill of that assembly to get to the screws.

Control board lights flashing, can't dispense water or ice. Unable to control temp ect... Flap where Ice dispenses opens and closes continuously. Freezer seems fine but refrigerator section is not keeping food cold.
Is the circuit board bad? Easy to replace?
