With a meter, check the ohms of the high speed winding. Also, push in the motor pin for the high speed winding, it may not be making contact.

so if nothing happens,water doesnt fill or anything its the motor winding

If motor never runs in regular cycle, you have a open high speed winding in the motor.

washer is used in the regular fabric cycle usually,it stopped working,does not work in the permanent press cycle either,only the delicate cycle
