Hi,

About 3 weeks ago we started smelling a very faint gas odor when we turned the oven on. This would not happen every time, kind of intermittent. Yesterday the oven quit working. No gas smell, and I could see an orangeish glow from the igniter. I am wondering if the problem may be that the igniter is not getting hot enough, or there is some sort of thermostat problem. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
