I would recommend to remove the outer case and try to open the door form inside the control panel. There is no information for this brand available on-line and you have to call Panasonic for any parts.

The brand is panasonic. My son decided to slam the door and ....walla..now da goofy thing decides to go silent on me. It will not open its mouth because something happened wit the push button device that is causing it to push... but not open. So unless i break it its just an excellent working microwave that just heats up the micro dish but wont open the door to heat up food. I think its mad at my son. HELLLP
