Ok I get 120v across the timer motor coil and then leg to ground I’m getting 88v on one side and 16v on the other side I can hear the timer clicking and every now and then a louder than normal click happens every 30 sec right on the nose….almost like its in a bind---

My GE washer model WHDSR209G2WW functions in all cycles however, the timer/knob/dial will not advance. Where you start the machine is where it stays. I can wash clothes effectively (fill, wash, rinse and spin all cycles and operations function properly) by simply manually advancing the dial to the next cycle but that is kind of a pain LOL. Please help. Thanks. Your assistance is most appreciated.
