Hi, my son just bought this model used and it turns slowly. I think the drum has slipped out of place, but I can't find out how to access on this model. Do you take off the whole front panel. I am trying to help him by phone, am in CA and he is in Denver, Co., I looked at the referenced parts, but doesn't do me much good as I can't look at the machine. please, if someone is online that knows, can u answer asap. He will be calling back soon!

Remove the front panel and check the front and rear seals.

Dryer thumps and leaves black marks on clothes.
