An F7 code means a stuck key pad on the panel. You will need to replace the keypanel. Cost generally runs $200-$300 for the part.

The serial # is MR638602Q
This is a GE double oven with manual knob controls for the lower oven which works fine when we trun the electrical breaker on.
The upper oven is controlled by a control panel which has been showing a F7 error code.
About a year ago when this accured the repair man turned the power off and waited about 5 min. then turnen the power on which cleared the code and everything has been working fine till a few ddays ago.
The F7 error code has accured again along with a flashing set light and a lot of beeping.
The repair tech now tells me i need a new control panel but can't tell me what the F7 error code means.
Questions-
What does the F7 error code mean.
Should I replace the entire control panel.
What would be the part or parts I need.
What would be the cost.
