The first thing I would check (for continuity) is the lid switch (#11 on the top parts break down diagram).

The motor does not run during agitation.

The agitator does not spin, but can be turned by hand.

There is a clicking sound in the vicinity of the cycle control knob.

Did the motor run during the agitation?

Did it spin and/or drain?

Did it make any noises?

Agitator does not turn in any of the cycles selected. Accompanied by a "clicking sound" in vicinity of the cycle control knob.
