I think your model number is missing a digit. Can you check it and repost so we can see exactly what machine you have.

Thanks

Failure code F02 appears
washer won't drain, door locked. Trying to fix because Sears won't arrive for a week.
Is it a sensor problem? or is gunk clogging the tub to pump hose?
Looked exploded view parts list, can't find anything that's called a water level sensor. Have pump filter cap off to drain tub drop by drop (on hour 48, should need another 8)...thinking maybe when the level is down and I power up, door will release.
drain pump operational.

How do I take the the tub to drain pump hose off? If I cut the ty-rap, can I just pull the hose off the tub outlet and stick my fingers up there to see if there is any blockage? is that where the water level sensor might be located? what does the "ball" do?

appreciate the help and insight.
