You say that the detergent dispenser works in speed wash mode. Have you tried the other modes to see if it works in them as well?
When using your normal wash mode what water temp are you using?
What was the water temp setting when using speed wash mode?
When using the normal setting does the tub fill with water to the typical level?

hi there, i have an LG front load washer that is not dispensing the detergent when in cycle. I have tried cleaning the caddy to make sure that there is no detergent clogs there and after cleaning it ran a speed wash cycle that it work fine but next wash it went back to not dispensing. I dont have any error codes on the screen, so I am not sure what is happening. softener and or bleach seems to go ahead of time from time to time but this is from little water dripping onthe back of the caddy. I am not hearing the full water flow that usually comes after load sensor has finished. this is my first issue with this washer in about 8-10 yrs I have it now, never had any issues before so I dont know what could possible be wrong.
