This model actually does not have a fuse. Check the lid switch for a torn wire. Open the front and locate, should have an orange and yellow wire if im not mistaken.

If you have a multimeter check if you have 110/120v at the motor. When the unit is on and set to be in agitate or spin mode with the lid closed.

No luck finding a fuse. I had my wife take a look too.
Any other thoughts? How can i check to see if the motor is functioning? getting power?

I got home late last night from work and opened up all the electrical tape bindings and such . I was unable to locate a fuse.
I'll be checking again soon.

There is an inline fuse in the wire harness as it goes down toward the motor assembly. If you take off the front panel exposing the tub motor etc. You will see the wire harness running down the right side. Toward the top you will see a black heat shrink section of wiring, inside here is a fuse.

Just today my washer has stopped agitating and spinning in all cycles. It will fill and drain. I have checked the motor and control panel for fuses, and see none... I do not hear any noise coming from the motor. The basket and agitator do not spin by hand. I made sure all the connections were seated properly to the best of my knowledge. I do not see any visual signs of leaking or electrical malfunction.
How should i proceed in trouble shooting?
