Where can I get the washer timer dial for the Kenmore Duet 110.88752795?
All sites that sell Kenmore parts show it out of stock.
A customer service rep told us that it is no longer available and could not advise us of a replacement part.
This seems rather odd that all the parts for this unit are available except this?
And that there is nothing to substitute for it?
Pretty bad for a company to not be able to make a simple part for a product they sell and supposedly stand behind.
The part was apparently made by Whirlpool.
Any help would be appreciated...

Where are you getting the couplers from? Does the tub stop hard when spin stops?

I have a Kenmore washer about fifteen years old that keeps breaking the motor coupler. The first replacement coupler lasted about three months and the second coupler broke after two weeks. I was wondering if wear on the gearbox was causing these couplers to break so soon.
