New washing machines don't like little loads or oversized loads you have to find a happy medium that's what the manufactures tell us when we call and complain. Also make sure your unit is perfectly level and is on a good floor, wood subfloors can be very poor and bounce. Also if your unit is an "HE" type unit make sure to use "HE" soap. Good luck

My washer is unbalanced with just a few small items in it , happens all the time what could be the problem ?? Ugg...:confused:
