Water not draining Model Number: 11023812100 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years I am at the pump level of the machine which is separate from the pump motor, the pump turns freely. The wash cycle works fine, right after that their seems to be silence maybe a light click from the timer but nothing pumping the water out another thing I found out that from the date of purchase the door switch does not controlling of the stopping or starting of the machine.
