Found problem, hose came off water level switch. Easy fix.

Unplug the washer during the fill cycle. If it would not stop, replace the water inlet valve. Otherwise proceed further. Remove the washer cabinet and check how the pressure hose is connected to the water level switch and the outer tub. If it's loose, reconnect the hose and give it a try. If the connections are good, make sure the hose is not clogged and/or damaged. If there is nothing wrong, replace the water level switch. When starting wash, water won't stop filling. Drains just fine when I advance the cycle to drain. Water level setting doesn't change anything. Garage flooded due to this.
