Hi, pull the control panel off to get to the back of the timer and in the center of the timer you will see a pin that needs to be pulled out gentle and that will release the knob.?

I purchased a new timer from AppliancePartsPros.com.
Timer part number AP2107583- order number 2212493.
I am having a problem getting the timer dial off so I can remove old timer and replace it with the new one. I don't want to break the dial, and would like some help removing it. Thank you
