The likely problem is in the door lock assembly. See if you can access the service manual at this site (your model is discussed in detail at the back of the manual) which will explain how to troubleshoot it and replace the door lock assembly if that turns out to be the problem. My Neptune front loader stopped spinning the water out, it drains, but won't spin. I noticed the door lock light doesn't come on anymore, so suspect the lock is malfunctioning. Anyone else had this problem? If so, what part do we need to fix it, and how do you replace the part?
