Cgrigson1, when the appliance is started, does one of the valve solenoids receive 120VAC?

You may want to try and switch hoses (cold supply to hot and vice versa)to see if that will make it work.

I bought the three way valve and replaced it and it still doesnt work so??
I did see how to put it into test mode on youtube so I've can do that.
