Well it is now 1AM. I just finished removing both pumps and inspecting them to see if any debris was inside that could have been making noise during agitation. Nothing there. Really stumped. I guess it is the brake that causes the drum to stop that's making the noise. Not what I was hoping it would be. I think that is expensive and difficult to fix.

The sound is definitely coming from the bottom of the machine. I lubed up the bushings at the top of the suspension rods but that didn't do anything.

As I was more clothes, it seems maybe the sound is getting worse. I would appreciate any help or advice.

Thanks,
Clocker

Hello- My Cabrio recently starting making a creaking noise during the agitation cycle, with both small and large loads. Could you guys help me identify the problem & how to fix it?

Here's a video with the sound: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXgQQhug9fQ

Thanks!!
