Thanks Simon. I worked that direction yesterday and now it is working. I think I unlodged a clog while taking things apart. One question:

Can you run liquid plumber or similar through these machines to clean out the clog and soap build up? Recommendations?

My washer will not drain or go into spin cycle. When set to spin there is just a humming noise. I have already checked the lid switch and continuity is good so that is eliminated. Unsure of where to go from here. Any help?
