Hi.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it's not always easy to diagnose the problem from the distance. After double checking I think it's the ATC board Part number: 27001208
Part number: 27001208

You can return the other parts.

Thank you.

Simon.

I replaced the mixing valve. So now the switch and valve have both been replaced and the issue has not been resolved. Any other suggestions?

My washer has the ATC function. ATC has 3 settinsg (hot, warm, cold). The is also a cold setting for NON ATC setting. Currently the temperature is the same (hot) no matter what selection is made in ATC mode. When I turn to NON ATC mode (cold), the water is cold. I have replaced the ATC switch and that did not correct the issue. I have been told that it could be valve in the back and have been told that there is no way the valve is the issue sice the cold works when I turn it to cold (in non ATC mode). Not sure if I should replace the valve or if I am missing something else. Any suggestions will be appreciated...Thanks
