Probably the inverter but it is a part of the motor and not a separate repair item.

Check out the fuse that is in the wire running down the right side of the washer. If the motor is getting power though you will need to replace it (the flashing lights are on an inverter which is part of the motor assembly)

The schematic says to count the blinking lights (red or green) but there are no lights blinking on top of the motor.
