The cabinet is the top, front and sides. See the video.

I am not sure I understand your reply. I assumed your problem was that when you started the washer water came out from underneath it. If not see if you can give us more detail on what your problem is.

umm..what is the cabinet? my washer lid is on top and its hooked up for the water to run outside..are you talking bout moving the washer to my tub? and wat am i looking for? lol

Take off the cabinet and check the hose from the water valve assembly to the spout where it dumps into the tub. I am betting the problem is there.

If not, start it up with the cabinet off. You will see the problem.
