Mnjeepmale, thank you for your question. The main control would need to be tested for incoming voltage to identify if there may be a failure in the power cord or the control. From the black wire at connection J1 pin 2, there should be 120VAC when tested to the light blue wire at pin 1. If there is voltage at this point, the next step would be testing for 12VDC at connection J9A from pin 1 to pin 3. Earlier last week the interior lights went out. I pulled the cover to look at the bulbs and both bulbs are fine. An hour later I went to dispense ice on the door, once I pressed the ice button the whole refrigerator died. No power, nothing. I checked the outlet and breaker and both are fine.

Any suggestions? Replace the control board?
