It turns out that the wire running down from top off door to the water cooler valve was broken in half. The constant opening & closing of door caused it to break. Was able to run new wire and have not had a problem since.

My water dispenser is not working. When I press dispenser switch the pump in rear activates and pumps water to inside of door to second water valve. (manual calls it water cooler valve). So, I used a volt meter and determined that I am not getting any power to this valve. Does any one have any idea how to fix this problem?
