The 3 n 1 draws very high current, it may have blown out something like the defrost timer , or cold control. Generally, these devices are not recommended for any small, domestic fridg compressor.

Here are your parts
Parts for GE CSX22GRBKWW Refrigerator - AppliancePartsPros.com

How long have you waited?
Could be you are in a defrost cycle.
Defrost shuts off the compressor, the condenser/compressor fan and the evaporator/freezer fan.
It should last about half an hour.

If it has been longer than half an hour try turning the defrost timer (item 257 in section 03) cam to see if it will start up.
There is usually a hole in the cover so you do not have to take things apart to do this.

Hey guys,
my refrigerator starter relay went out on my compressor. I contacted my local parts and service store and purchased a 3 in 1 starter due to not having the parts I needed in stock. After installing the 3 in 1 starter, I now have no power to the fan or the power wires for the starter. I checked the power source and I am getting power to the refrigerator. What else could the problem be or where should I check next.
