Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little air pressure will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help. Make sure it drains quick enough. The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back inside the freezer.

Help. I Have A Crosley Fridge That Was Working Perfectly. Now The Freezer Part Has Build Up Of Water At The Bottom Of The Freezer Under The Meat Holder Pan. I Have To Chip And Clean The Ice From Here Every 4 Days. I Shut The Water Off So To See If The Water Would Stop, But It Hasn't. So Even If I Shut The Water For The Ice Maker And Water Off The Water Is Still Present At The Bottom Of The Freezer. Can Someone Please Tell Me What Would Cause This. I Checked The Fridge Pan And It Seems To Be Working And Drying Up The Water From The Fridge Side.
Very Puzzleling.
Thxs
